This segment was created as a result from feedback asking for more segments focused on Nora Rita Norita, alongside longer stories.The title card reuses the same style as "Suspended Animation" parts one and two.
This title is a pun on the " 23 and me" DNA-testing service, and continues the prior Warners cartoon - " 23 and WB.".The trio eventually give up and say they do anything to get out, which leads Nora to get an idea. Despite numerous attempts to escape the Water Tower, the Warners are repeatedly bested by Nora. Studios as the studio's new security guard, who excels at her job better than Ralph at capturing Yakko, Wakko and Dot and locking them in the Water Tower. įollowing the events of 23 and WB, Nora is fed up with the creative decisions of Ralph as Nora is unable to do much due to the orders of Flora Dora, Nora quits her job as CEO. The reanimated scene was created when the show's staff found out that the third season order was 10 episodes, instead of 13 episodes like the previous two seasons.This portion was animated by Frank Macchia. The writing on the Death's contract now reads "2 10/13 New Seasons" instead of "2 New Seasons," and the Warners' faces have changed. The scene featuring the line "You should see our new contracts" is reanimated beginning with this episode.The cartoon consists of footage taken from the previous episode and occasional cutaways of Yakko spitting his coffee.This cartoon is a parody of episode recaps, much like " Previously on Animaniacs" from the original series.Written by Lucas Crandles and Timothy Nash.
